My background in gluten-free living taught me discipline and creativity with food. It also gave me a deeper understanding of accountability and what it takes to build confidence in your nutrition. My mission is to make the path clearer, easier, and sustainable for the long run, in the kitchen and in the gym.

I’m Levi, aka LeanLevi and Chef Celiac.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with a professional background in psychology, healthcare, and emergency medicine. I’m also a trained chef and the creator of The Lean Method.

I’ve spent the last decade navigating life with celiac disease and rebuilding my relationship with food. I've learned how to balance nutrition while still enjoying what I eat (I love sweets).
Along the way, fitness became the missing piece.
What started as learning my body and feeling better turned into a passion for strength training, consistency, and structure. Food and fitness aren’t separate battles. They’re two sides of the same lifestyle.
